Wednesday's Warrior



Yesterday I was motivated to run 6 miles at a 7:53 a mile. Very ambitious for myself. My problem is when I set out to do something if I get tired I stop running instead of just turning down the speed...ego getting in the way. Therefore I stopped at 30:00 minutes feeling beat by the treadmill, and hopped on the stair climber. The key to keeping myself pumped is my I-pod. I am not talking about listening to Chris Botti, although I do love listening to him. I am talking about up-beat music that only gets me more pumped with each song.
I have a lot of those days where cardio is all I care to do, but sometimes I add in a good 30 minutes of weight training.
